What is the Piner High School Foundation? The foundation is alumni, teachers, parents. We are a non profit organization that raises money for Piner High School. We have short meetings the second Tuesday of each month at 7PM in room A10. We talk about the needs of our school and come up with ideas to help.

Why is the foundation important? Although our taxes continue to increase, our schools are getting less and less of this money each year. The foundation's role is to raise money to help teachers pay for things that would benefit the largest number of students possible. What things? Flatbed scanners, digital cameras, audiocassette player/recorders, StarLab seating, DVD and CD players, literature sets and materials for languages, slide projectors, marble pastry boards, calculators. This list goes on and on.

Piner High School Foundation:

• Helps to ensure preservation and documentation of the history and traditions of Piner High School.
• Provides financial support directly to Piner High School and its programs.
• Promotes community involvement in Piner High School activities.
